Verbilki. The world of the soul

The village of Verbilki is an urban-type settlement located on the Dubna River, 90 km north of Moscow. This place is famous in Russia for its porcelain factory, founded by the English merchant Gardner in 1766. The factory has long since lost its importance as a city-forming enterprise. This seemingly unremarkable urban-type settlement drew us in with its rich history and hidden charm, which became apparent as we got to know the people, nature, and atmosphere of the place. Inner beauty is often close at hand; we just need to be willing to see and love the world around us.
